### DELIVERY

Your sauna is delivered securely packaged to help ensure safe transport and straightforward handling on arrival.

Most saunas are delivered in multiple flat-packed boxes or a wooden crate, depending on the model. Delivery is kerbside only, meaning the driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point at your property but is not responsible for moving the goods inside.

This product is delivered on a 7.5 or 18 tonne vehicle. If access for a vehicle of this size may be restricted, please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required using a smaller vehicle.

This sauna is supplied flat-packed and is designed for home self-assembly. Full written instructions are included to help make installation straightforward.

Install the sauna on a solid, level base in a suitable outdoor garden location with adequate surrounding clearance and drainage. Ensure the structure is protected from standing water and extreme weather exposure where possible.
