Cancellation Policy — GYM FITNESS STORE LTD

At GYM FITNESS STORE LTD, we believe in giving our customers flexibility — while also being transparent about the process for cancelling orders, preorders, or custom products.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch) 

If you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’re happy to help. Please note:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 1 working day before dispatch.

  • All cancellations must be made by phone to ensure a member of staff can confirm the request:

Preorder Cancellations 

Preordered items can be cancelled for a full refund, provided the item has not left our final distribution hub.

  • As mentioned, we'll need at least 1 working day’s notice if you plan to cancel, to ensure your item is not processed for final shipment.

  • Preorders cancelled after this point may incur return shipping charges.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products 

Some of our products — particularly saunas — are made-to-order or customised to the customer’s specification.

  • These items become non-refundable once production begins.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us if they wish to confirm when production will begin on their unit.

Cancellation After Dispatch 

If an item has already been shipped and you no longer want it:

  • Please refuse delivery so it is returned to us.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
