Cancellation Policy

At GYM FITNESS STORE LTD, we aim to make order cancellations straightforward while meeting our obligations under UK consumer law. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order.
1. Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel most orders within 14 calendar days of delivery and receive a full refund. This right does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products once production has begun, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched by contacting us at least one working day before it is due to ship. Please call us on 0333 038 2800 or email info@gymfitnessstore.co.uk to confirm the cancellation.
Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-ordered items can be cancelled for a full refund provided they have not yet left our final distribution hub.
If a pre-order is cancelled after dispatch, return shipping charges may apply. Once delivered, you still retain your statutory 14-day right to cancel unless the product is custom-made or made-to-order.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Some items, such as bespoke saunas or personalised products, are produced specifically for you. These cannot be cancelled once production has started, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We will always notify you in writing before production begins.
5. Cancellation After Dispatch
If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery so that it is automatically returned to us.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item and will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
