Returning Unwanted Items
If you've changed your mind about a product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met:

Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products (such as used ice baths) may be non-returnable once opened or used. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the individual product pages.
