At GYM FITNESS STORE LTD, we aim to deliver every order quickly, safely, and transparently across the UK. This policy outlines how dispatch, delivery times, and shipping charges work, along with what to do if something goes wrong.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
In-stock items are dispatched within one working day from our UK warehouses. Delivery to mainland UK addresses typically takes one to three working days, depending on courier capacity and external factors such as public holidays or severe weather.

Pre-order or made-to-order items display estimated delivery dates on the product page. These estimates are updated regularly as stock information changes. Delivery dates for these products depend on supplier and import schedules, so delays may occur. If a significant delay arises, we will contact you promptly to confirm the updated timeframe or offer alternative options.

Shipping Areas and Charges
Free delivery applies to all mainland UK orders.

“Mainland UK” refers to Great Britain excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and certain remote postcodes. Orders to these areas may incur an additional delivery charge, which will be clearly shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.

If you are unsure whether your postcode falls into a remote delivery area, contact us before placing your order.

Tracking
We currently do not provide automated tracking links. However, you can request delivery updates at any time by contacting us during business hours at info@gymfitnessstore.co.uk or on 0333 038 2800. Our support team can liaise with the courier and provide an update on your shipment status.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful, one redelivery attempt will be made free of charge. If a second attempt also fails, additional delivery fees may apply. You will be notified of any charges before a third attempt is arranged or before the goods are returned to us.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return or collection shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout and that someone is available to accept delivery at the provided address. Any failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information or unavailability may incur additional charges.
