At GYM FITNESS STORE LTD, we aim to provide accurate, transparent information about the availability and delivery of every product on our website. This page explains how stock status, pre-orders, and lead times work, so you always know what to expect before placing an order.
Stocked Products
Products listed as “In Stock” are ready to ship from our UK warehouse or local fulfilment centre. Dispatch occurs within one working day of payment being received. Delivery to mainland UK addresses typically takes one to three working days, depending on courier schedules. If an item sells out before your order is processed, we’ll contact you immediately to offer an alternative or full refund.
Pre-Order and Backorder Items
Products marked as “Pre-Order” or “Backorder” are awaiting arrival from our suppliers or production partners. Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and updated regularly as new stock information becomes available. Because these depend on international shipping and manufacturing timelines, delivery dates may vary. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll contact you to provide an updated timeframe or offer a full refund.
Made-to-Order Products
Some items, such as specific sauna models or custom configurations, are built to order. Production begins once payment is confirmed. Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the product page. Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Split Orders
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together once everything is available. However, you can request to receive the in-stock items first. Additional delivery costs may apply for separate shipments.
Out-of-Stock Items
Items marked as “Out of Stock” are temporarily unavailable for purchase. You can contact us for restock information or to be notified when the product becomes available again.

We make every effort to ensure that all product availability details, stock statuses, and estimated lead times displayed on our website are accurate. However, from time to time, supply chain delays may occur. If this happens, we’ll update you immediately and provide clear options for how to proceed.
