If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll always aim to resolve it quickly and fairly in line with UK consumer law.

2. Countries Covered
We currently ship and process refunds for orders within the United Kingdom only.
Refunds for international orders cannot be processed at this time.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:
- For defective or incorrect items: we offer a replacement first, but you may request a full refund if preferred.
- For non-defective items (for example, change of mind), a refund is issued once the item is returned unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, as set out in our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet these conditions or are returned outside the return window.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be refunded for hygiene or safety reasons once opened or used — for example:
- Ice baths
- Water-based wellness or recovery products
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
These exclusions are clearly noted on each product page.
5. Refund Window
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of delivery for non-defective items, or within a reasonable time for faulty or damaged items.
Requests made outside this period may not be eligible unless covered by warranty.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or cards.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Depending on your bank, funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 working days after processing.
7. Refund Amounts
Approved refunds will include:
- The full product price
- The original delivery cost (if the item was faulty, damaged, or not as described)
If the product was returned for reasons other than a fault or error, the original shipping fee (if any) may be excluded.
We may deduct reasonable amounts from your refund if the product shows signs of use, assembly, or damage.
8. Restocking Fees
A 5% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items that are returned outside the standard conditions, to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
No restocking fee is applied to defective, incorrect, or damaged products.
9. Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by our standard warranty:
- 1 year for electrical components
- 2 years for structural components
Warranty claims are assessed individually, and replacements or repairs are provided where applicable.

10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@gymfitnessstore.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The reason for refund
- Photos or videos if your item is defective or damaged
We’ll confirm your refund eligibility and provide further instructions.
Unauthorised returns or unverified refund requests may be refused.
11. Processing Time and Confirmation
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
