At GYM FITNESS STORE LTD, we want every customer to feel secure when ordering from us. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll always aim to put it right quickly and fairly.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable time after delivery, please contact us immediately at info@gymfitnessstore.co.uk. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
We aim to offer a replacement first, but if a replacement isn’t suitable, you may request a full refund, including the original delivery cost. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Items Not as Described
If the product you receive is incorrect or differs significantly from its description, let us know within 14 days of delivery. You may choose between a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund including delivery fees.
We may request photographs or videos to confirm the discrepancy before arranging collection or replacement.
Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by our standard warranty: one year for electrical components and two years for structural components. Some items may carry longer warranties depending on the manufacturer — details are shown on individual product pages.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and any supporting photos or videos. Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and replacements or repairs are provided where applicable.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Once issued, funds typically appear in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are made only to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to alternative cards or accounts for security reasons.

If your refund request falls outside the conditions listed above, we’ll review it individually to ensure a fair resolution. We reserve the right to reject refunds where misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs have occurred.
