2. Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment must be received and cleared in full before your order is processed. All transactions are handled securely through our payment providers; we do not store full payment details.
3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Once payment has cleared, your order is confirmed. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion — for example, due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen issues. If this occurs, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us by phone or email. After dispatch, cancellations may not be possible, but you still have the right to return goods in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policies.
4. Pricing and VAT
All prices shown on the Site include VAT where applicable in the UK. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by later price changes.
5. Product Availability and Lead Times
Products marked “In Stock” are dispatched within one working day from our UK warehouse, subject to courier capacity and external conditions such as weather or public holidays.
Products listed as “Pre-order”, “Backorder”, or “Made to Order” display estimated delivery timeframes on their product pages. These estimates are updated regularly but are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary due to supplier, import, or manufacturing delays. If a major change occurs, we will contact you promptly to confirm the new timeframe or offer alternatives.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship them together unless you request a split delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a suitable substitute or a full refund.
6. Use of Accounts
Customers may register an account to track orders and manage preferences. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use.
7. Warranty and Returns
All warranties, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate policy documents available on the Site. Warranty coverage applies only when products are used as intended and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
