Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on 0333 038 2800 or info@gymfitnessstore.co.uk. If your order has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you still have a statutory 14-day right to cancel once goods are delivered (unless the item is custom-made).

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can usually make changes. Get in touch as soon as possible by phone or email. Once items are shipped, changes aren’t possible.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver across the UK, including mainland, Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. Mainland UK delivery is free on all orders. Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur an additional charge, which will be shown at checkout. For selected international deliveries, please contact us at info@gymfitnessstore.co.uk.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day and usually delivered within 1–3 working days to mainland UK.

Pre-order or made-to-order items show estimated delivery times on the product page. These estimates are updated regularly, but delivery may take several weeks or months depending on the product. If there are any major delays, we will notify you immediately.

Do you deliver to Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland?

Yes. We ship to these areas, though additional delivery charges may apply. These will be calculated at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You can return most unused and unassembled items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. To arrange a return, contact us at info@gymfitnessstore.co.uk or 0333 038 2800. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please let us know within 7 calendar days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return or collection shipping costs.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened ice baths) may also be non-returnable once opened.

Warranty

What warranty do you provide?

All products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. As a guide:

  • Electrical components are covered for 12 months.
  • Structural components are covered for 24 months.

Some products may include longer warranties depending on the manufacturer — details are shown on individual product pages.

What is not covered by warranty?

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Products & Services

Where are your products shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouses or fulfilment centres. Some products are imported, but once stock arrives it is shipped directly from within the UK to ensure faster delivery and easier returns.

Can I view your products before buying?

Yes. We have a small display space at our Warwickshire office where selected saunas, hot tubs, and ice baths can be viewed. Visits are by appointment only — please contact us to arrange a time.

Do you offer bundle deals?

Yes. We can create bundle packages for gym equipment or wellness products at discounted rates. If you’re interested in a custom bundle, get in touch with us by phone or email and our team will provide a tailored quote.
