Most saunas are delivered in multiple flat-packed boxes or a wooden crate, depending on the model. Delivery is kerbside only, meaning the driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point at your property but is not responsible for moving the goods inside.

This product may be delivered on a 7.5 or 18 tonne vehicle. If access for a vehicle of this size may be restricted, please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required using a smaller vehicle.
