JORDAN® Hex Bar (Trap Bar) - Steel Series

Available in two lengths: 6ft or 7ft / 1830mm or 2200mm (Fits Power Rack).

An alternative bar for performing the classic deadlift, this Hex Bar develops grip strength and endurance, placing hands in an optimal, balanced position for performing the Hex Bar Deadlift, Hex Bar Shrug, or a nice deep Hex Bar Squat. Oh and of course many other functional hex bar exercises such as the Farmers Walk.
